Making people's health and safety a priority, respecting the environment, satisfying our customers, and listening to all of our stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance

Comply with regulatory requirements, other applicable requirements, and standards specific to the Network's activities, and, where possible, exceed them.

Hazard Identification

Identify health, safety, and environmental hazards associated with our activities and take appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce the associated risks and impacts.

Work Environment

Promote a work environment where the key points are incident recording and handling, information sharing, and consultation. This approach relies on the involvement and exemplary behavior of management.

Training and Support

Train and provide appropriate support to help staff fulfill their health, safety, and environmental responsibilities and ensure that risk awareness and standards are applied at all levels.

Staff Competence

Ensure that personnel involved in our operations are competent and committed to protecting health, safety, and the environment by providing appropriate training, information, instruction, and supervision.

Energy and Recycling

Intervention Plans

Put in place the necessary resources and response plans to deal with different types of incidents. These measures are periodically updated and tested during exercises organized at regular intervals.

Our 5 CSR priorities

Health

We actively support initiatives aimed at improving the health and well-being of populations in Africa and elsewhere:

Fighting breast cancer with the LISA Association (Aquitaine).
Preventing and combating malaria alongside Doctors Without Borders and QISTA.
Fighting counterfeit and substandard medicines in Africa, with the Brazzaville Foundation.
Health, AIDS, and Environment Program in partnership with the Fondation de France.

Education

Because education is the key to a sustainable future, we work to promote access to learning and training:

Support for the education of HIV-positive girls in five countries where we operate.
Jeune Afrique sponsorship program: free subscriptions for 250 young people to promote access to information and culture.

Environment

We take action to preserve natural resources and strengthen community resilience: WarkaTower project in Kpékpéta, Togo: creation of «tree of life towers» enabling rainwater harvesting, access to drinking water, and strengthening of social ties within villages.

Women's rights

We defend women's place and rights in society: Sponsorship of the Orchidées Rouges association in Bordeaux and Abidjan, which is committed to combating violence against women and promoting their empowerment.

Social and inclusion

We encourage our employees to get involved in projects with a strong social impact:

Center for deaf children in Haindéau (Benin) – Grain de Sable Association.
